摘要:激光辅助生物打印(LAB) 技术是生物打印主要成型技术之一,其产品具有高分辨率、高细胞存活率的优点,在再生医学领域中有着广阔的发展前景,成为科学界、产业界关注与研究的热点。综述了国内外LAB技术的现状,包括基础理论研究、材料、装备研制与开发、工艺技术等;探讨了存在的问题和需要突破的关键技术。

Abstract: Laser-assisted bioprinting (LAB) technology is one of the main forming techniques for bioprinting. Its products have the advantages of high resolution and high cell viability. It has a broad prospect in the field of regenerative medicine and has been a research Hotpoint in the scientific and industrial community. This article mainly reviews the research status of LAB technology at home and abroad, including basic theory research, materials and equipment development, process technology, etc. It also discusses the existing problems and the key technologies that need to be broken through.
